The CareSTL Health Center is located in Fairview Elemetary School to serve the pediatric medical health needs of enrolled Jennings students in grades PreK-12. To schedule an appointment, please call (314) 882-1284.

The CareSTL Health Center allows students to access health services – including pediatric medical care services– during school hours. Services include chronic disease management for asthma, immunizations, physicals and referrals for other medical services at the center. CareSTL Health staff who see patients are licensed professionals.

Welcome

CareSTL Health will seek payment for services from the patient’s medical insurance payer source. However, no patient will be turned away because of an inability to pay. No payments are requested at the time of service from students.

CareSTL Health also offers school-based health care centers in three other St. Louis area districts.

We are able to see students for sick visits on a walk-in or scheduled basis, well-child visits for all ages, immunizations with a scheduled appointment, and sports physicals.
